Airs continues its prolific release schedule with a number of recent
releases in 1/72 scales.
All the sets are perfectly cast in grey resin, with
minimal cleanup required. Each set has been designed with a minimum of
parts, and should be straightforward to assemble:
7157 -
Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-3 Cockpit Set
Aires turns its attention to Tamiya's 1/72 scale Fw 190
A-3 with this new small-scale cockpit set. The five resin parts comprise
a new cockpit tub with side consoles cast in place, a replacement seat,
gunsight, pilot's head armour plating and control column. The set is
further enhanced with a small photo-etched fret supplying harness,
instrument panel, instrument coaming and other tiny details. A printed
acetate sheet of instruments rounds out this small but perfectly formed
detail set.

See the top of the page for an image of the resin parts.
7159 - German 7.92mm gun MG 17

Four complete and beautifully detailed MG 17 machine
guns for use in a wide variety of Luftwaffe models.
7160 - JAS-39A/B Gripen Exhaust Nozzle - closed
7161 - JAS-39A/B Gripen Exhaust Nozzle - open
These simple yet beautifully detailed set each comprise four
resin parts and one small photo-etched fret to depict a closed or open jet
nozzle for the JAS-39A/B Gripen.
