Disadvantages: No centre hole for axle on covered hub main wheels

Contact Résine has added wheels for Trumpeter's 1/32 scale P-38 Lightning to their growing range of accessories.

Two styles are available - open spokes or covered hubs.

The wheels are beautifully detailed and perfectly cast, with minimal cleanup required before painting and installation. Each wheel is subtly bulged and flattened.

 

 

The resin wheels will also prove more durable than Trumpeter's rubber tyres and are, in my opinion, easier to work with and paint.

These wheels will be a nice addition to your big Trumpeter P-38 Lightning kit.
