Advantages:	Nicely detailed; well cast; more common tread pattern for Fw 190A-7, A-8, A-9 and early to mid Fw 190D-9s; minimal cleanup required.

The main wheels supplied with Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Fw 190A-8 and D-9 models are smooth. This style of wheel was usually only seen on late Doras, although the smooth treaded tyre was intended to replace the radial tread version over time.

Eagle Editions has released a new set of main wheels that will be appropriate for the Fw 190A-7, A-8, A-9 and earlier D-9s. Casting and detail on the wheels is excellent.

Minimal cleanup of the tyre will be required. The only other preparation is to drill out a hole for the kit axle. As the instructions state, be careful not to drill all the way through the wheel!

Please note that earlier Wurgers (ie Fw 190A-6 and earlier) had a completely different style of wheel.

Eagle Editions' new 1/32 scale Fw 190 wheels represent a very simple way to change tyres on your Hasegawa Wurgers and Doras!
