The parts of this set are highly detailed and accurate. Detail of the filter lamellae is very fine and crisp. The filter can only be modeled in the opened "inflight" configuration although it was normally closed on the ground but sometimes it could also be seen in the open configuration on the ground.

This late style sand filter was commonly used on the G-6 variant.
