As evidenced by its frequent appearances on HyperScale, Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9 is a very popular kit. This popularity extends beyond modellers buying the large-scale Dora - people are actually building this kit.

MDC has now produced a set of individual exhaust stacks for Hasegawa's 1/32 scale Fw 190D-9.

12 individual pipes are supplied, along with six mounting plates.

 

 

Although the stacks are small, they are certainly not unmanageable and should not present any real challenges in assembly.

The detail is gorgeous. The raised weld bead and prominent lip on each part are crisply rendered and, of course, the stacks are hollow at the end.

MDC's 1/32 scale replacement exhausts will be a noticeable improvement over the Hasegawa kit parts, and should be quite simple to install.
