Beautifully moulded in light grey resin, Quick Boost has captured all of the fine detail of the P-39 Airacobra’s Engine in a quick fit panel.

The detail provided for the engine panel has been faithfully reproduced and is designed as a straight drop into the Eduard kit after some minor panel surgery to remove the entire left side engine bay area panel. The detail set comes with a panel surround to reduce the panel area down to the correct size for the resin engine cowl to fit into. As the exhaust pipes are moulded onto the engine a separately moulded exhaust pipe is supplied for the right hand side of the aircraft.

After carefully painting the detail a wash with a dark watercolour will give a great three dimensional effect. The end result should be excellent and enhance the kit nicely. Basic modelling skills will be required to assemble this detail set.

Highly Recommended for intermediately experienced modellers.
