Quickboost's 1/72 scale Bf 109 G Intake Scoop and Tall Tail Wheel
will be available online from Squadron.com
In my opinion, Quickboost is the best resin caster in
the business. Their products are flawlessly cast, very detailed and
accurate. This set is no exception.
The Revell G-10, on the other hand, has a lot more faults than this
resin set can make up for and personally I think it would be wasted. I
would rather use this high quality set on the Fine Molds kits. However,
if you must build the Revell kit this set will definitely help.
The Quickboost tail wheel has good rim and shaft detail apart from being
of the taller variety, where as the Revell item is like a doughnut on a
stick by comparison. The Quickboost scoop has a very accurate shape and
a nice big hole at the front. The Revell scoop has a some what rounded
rear end and no hole at the front.
Both items are definitely superior to the Revell parts.
Recommended.
