Quickboost continues their prolific release schedule with a number of simple, economical accessories in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 scales. All the sets are perfectly cast in grey resin, with minimal cleanup required. Each set has been desgned with a minimum of parts, and should be very straightforward to assemble.

The latest batch of Quickboost releases are as follows:

1/72 scale

QB 72 019 - Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-10 Propeller w/Tool

This is a handy replacement for the somewhat mishapen propeller blades and spinner in the Revell 1/72 scale kit. This set includes a jig to ensure that the angle of the propeller blades is set correctly during assembly.

QB 72 035 - B-26C Marauder Propellers with Tool

Similar to above, but designed for the Airfix 1/72 scale Marauder kit. Hopefully we will get a state-of-the-art Marauder before too long!

QB 72 036 - AV-8B Harrier Open Airbrakes

Open airbrakes and airbrake bay for Hasegawa's 1/72 scale Harrier kits.

QB 72 037 Dakota / C-47 Engines

Beautifully detailed cooling fins on the cylinders of these engines, for Italeri's nice 1/72 scale DC-3. Pushrods and ignition harness not included.

QB 72 038 P-47D-30 Thunderbolt Engine

Beautifully detailed cooling fins on the cylinders of these engines, suitable for any late-model 1/72 scale Thunderbolt. Pushrods and ignition harness are not included, but magnetos are supplied as separate parts.

1/48 scale

QB 48 025 - He 162 Ejection Seat with Safety Belts

This will fit either the new Tamiya or the older Trimaster/Dragon 1/48 scale kits. Beautifully detailed with the harness cast in place and convincing texture on the cushioned headrest. Ejection handles are supplied as separate parts, but you will have to add your own armrests.

QB 48 045 - F4U-B Corsair Engine

Beautifully detailed cooling fins on the cylinders of these engines, suitable for Hasegawa's 1/48 scale F4U-4B. Pushrods and ignition harness are not included, but magnetos are supplied as separate parts.

QB 48 046 - B-26C Marauder Gun Barrels
QB 48 047 - Lancaster Gun Barrels

Ultras-simple and beautifully detailed replacement machine gun barrels in 1/48 scale.

QB 48 048 - B-24J Liberator Engines

Four well-detailed one-piece replacement engines, vastly superior to the parts supplied with the 1/48 scale Monogram Liberator.

QB 48 049 - Dornier Do 335 A Exhausts

Pictured at the top of the page, these are simple, drop fit repalcements for Tamiya's 1/48 scale Do 335 exhausts. Each stack is hollowed out at the end.

1/32 scale

QB 32 017 - A-10A Ejection Seat with Safety Belts

Another simple replacement, this time designed for Trumpeter's 1/32 scale Warthog. Harness is cast in place.

All Recommended.
