True Details' 1/48 scale P-59 Airacomet Wheel Set is available online from
Squadron.com
True Details' bulged and flattened wheels are almost a household name for
many modelers.
One of the most recent releases is for the excellent 1/48 scale Hobbycraft
P-59 Airacomet. Two main wheels are supplied with crisp diamond tread pattern
and great detail on the spoked wheel hubs. In addition to these parts
are two nose wheels.
Two nose wheels?
Yes, True Details has included optional nose wheels with either and open
spoked or covered hub.
This very simple and inexpensive resin accessory will be an improvement to a
prominent area of the Airacomet.
